    Your referral books an intro meeting with a Provider Growth Associate.

    Onboarding process

    If they're a good fit, your referral continues through the onboarding process.

    Credentialing begins

    Your referral makes it through the credentialing process and is invited to join our platform of Grow Therapy providers.

    Gift card released

Frequently asked questions

  • You can refer a provider via the button above. Once you submit your referral, you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for your submission. Your referral will also receive an email letting them know they've been referred to Grow Therapy. From there, your referral is encouraged to book a meeting to determine if there is a mutual fit to be a provider with Grow. If there is a mutual fit, your referral will continue through the onboarding process. Once your referral makes it through the credentialing process and has been invited to our platform, you'll receive your gift card!

  • Grow defines a successful referral as a provider referred to us who makes it through the credentialing process and is invited to our platform.

  • On average, it takes about 4-8 weeks for a qualified provider to be invited to join our platform after their introductory meeting. Once your referral is invited to the platform, you will receive an email from growtherapy@customer.rybbon.net with your gift card!

  • As many as you like! Please keep in mind that gift cards are only paid out for providers who end up joining Grow. You can refer to 'what is considered a successful referral' above for more information on when a referral becomes valid for payout.

  • Unfortunately in this case, no payout will be issued. If you refer someone and they never take the first step, we cannot issue a payout. Feel free to check in with your referral and see where they are in the process, maybe they need a nudge or missed the email!

  • It happens! Sometimes during an introductory meeting, there will be a realization that Grow is not a fit for a specific provider. In this case, a payout is not issued, but you can continue to refer any providers that come to mind.
